Terms for the BLCKLDGR website, platform and development-stage connected features.
Using BLCKLDGR
BLCKLDGR provides ecommerce reporting, AI assistance and related operational services. Features may be in development or available only to selected users. Only features enabled in your account are provided. Creating a provider application or connecting an account does not guarantee that every planned feature is available.
Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information and access only businesses and accounts you are authorized to manage. Protect your login and review the access you grant.
Connected accounts and actions
You remain responsible for your accounts and for complying with each connected platform's terms. Authorization can be revoked. Provider restrictions, approvals and outages can affect availability, reporting accuracy and synchronization. Any supported publishing or account-changing action requires authorization; an AI recommendation by itself is not an executed action.
Reports and AI assistance
Reports depend on source availability, reporting windows and attribution methods. They may be delayed or incomplete. AI-generated information can be incorrect. Verify consequential recommendations against your source records. BLCKLDGR does not guarantee sales, profitability, advertising performance or uninterrupted access to third-party services.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You permit us and the providers needed to operate the service to process that content for the features and services you request, as described in the privacy policy. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
Acceptable use
Do not use BLCKLDGR for fraud, unlawful trade, unauthorized account access, deceptive activity or abuse of another person or service. Do not bypass access controls or interfere with the platform.
Paid services and availability
Subscriptions, usage allowances, managed services and any payment, supplier or fulfillment arrangements require separate disclosed commercial terms. These website terms do not enroll you in a paid service or promise a payment vault, processor relationship, refund policy or service-level commitment. Review the applicable offer and terms before purchasing.
Ending access
You may stop using the service, revoke connections and request deletion. We may restrict access for abuse, security issues or provider requirements. Ending access does not erase obligations already incurred under a separate agreement. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
