Who this policy covers

BLCKLDGR is the project and trading name used for our ecommerce operations platform and related services. This policy covers blckldgr.com, app.blckldgr.com and the connections you authorize. Contact team@blckldgr.com for privacy questions and requests.

Information we process

• Account and contact details, access roles, applications and communications you send us.
• Information you submit to the platform, including business context, files, chat messages and service requests.
• When you connect an account: account identifiers, authorization credentials and the reports available through the permissions you grant. Depending on the active integration, this can include orders, products, sales totals, refunds, advertising spend, campaigns, ads and performance metrics.
• Technical records needed to operate and protect the service, including session information, request logs and connection or synchronization errors.

Additional integrations such as publishing, leads, messaging and AI-assisted account actions are under development. Selecting a feature in a provider portal does not mean we are already collecting that feature's data. We will explain additional collection and obtain any necessary authorization before enabling it.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate users, synchronize authorized accounts, display business reports, answer copilot questions, deliver requested services, provide support and protect the platform. We also use necessary records to investigate errors, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. A connection only covers accounts you have authority to access.

AI processing

When you use the copilot, your prompt and relevant business context, including summaries from connected accounts, may be sent to the AI services configured for that feature. The current copilot configuration uses DeepSeek for conversation and routing, and KIE.ai for some generated documents and outputs. Responses and conversation context may be stored to continue your conversation. Treat generated answers as assistance that requires review. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or information you are not authorized to share. BLCKLDGR does not train its own general-purpose AI models on connected-account data.

Sharing and service providers

We use hosting, database, storage, email and AI providers to deliver the service. They may process the information necessary for their role. Information is shared with the platforms you connect when needed to authenticate, retrieve reports or carry out a supported action you authorize. Authorized personnel may access information for support, security or a service you request. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not sell connected-account data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Processing may take place in countries other than your own. Ask us for details about the providers involved in your requested service before sharing sensitive information.

Google and Meta connections

Google account access is limited to the permissions you approve and the user-facing features described here. BLCKLDGR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. Meta information is used for the authorized connected-account features and subject to Meta's applicable platform terms.

Storage, retention and security

We store platform records and synchronized reports to provide account history and operate the features you use. Connection credentials are encrypted in storage and account access is restricted by membership and permissions. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Records are retained while needed for the service, support, security or applicable obligations. Disconnecting an account stops future scheduled synchronization but does not necessarily erase previously stored reports or chat content. Deletion requests are handled through the process below. Any records that must be retained for a legal or security reason are limited to that purpose. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backups expire.

Your choices and requests

You can remove connections in your BLCKLDGR account and revoke access through the connected platform. To request access, correction, export or deletion, email team@blckldgr.com from your registered address. We may verify your authority before acting. See our data deletion instructions for the information to include. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law.

Cookies and changes

The platform uses browser storage and session mechanisms for sign-in and essential operation. This policy will be updated when our practices change; the date above identifies the current version. Material changes to connected-data use will be explained before they take effect where required.
