The checkout is not yours
Shopify decides what your checkout may do, which apps you may run and what it costs you to sell. You have been working around that for years.
What to sell, who makes it, the store that sells it and the account the money lands in. One place for all four, instead of four vendors who never speak to each other. The founder runs his own stores on the same stack.
04Layers, one loopEcommerce brands doing $250k to $1M+ a month. Working operators, not people planning a store.
Shopify decides what your checkout may do, which apps you may run and what it costs you to sell. You have been working around that for years.
You are a sub-account inside somebody else's, usually Stripe or an aggregator. The card vault is theirs, the fee structure is theirs, and the reserve, the review and the shutdown are decisions taken about you rather than with you.
A sourcing contact, a media buyer, a payments guy, an agency. None of them see your numbers and none of them see each other.
Then the platform tiers carry you. The same system, priced on the size of the business, with no migration and no sales call.
One decision travels through the factory, freight, store, checkout and payment rails. The cockpit sits across the loop and compares what should happen with what did.
What to sell, what to charge, what to run and what to say. One roof instead of a specialist per question.
02 / SupplyOne vetted factory line instead of a thousand listings, moved to the 3PL you already use.
03 / StoreYour store, rebuilt on infrastructure you own, with a way back for 60 days.
04 / RailsYour own merchant accounts, more than one, routed between them without anyone doing it by hand.
A frozen account gets the introduction. The actual work is the whole loop: choose the product, make it, sell it through infrastructure you own, and route the money without one freeze taking the business down.
Intelligence is first. It chooses the product, shapes the offer and gives the other layers a reason to exist. Supply, store and rails carry the work. The cockpit watches all of them.
A different specialist for every question, and none of them looking at your numbers. That ends here. What to sell, what to charge, what to run and what to say, answered in one place and written down.
Six connected layers. Each one can stand alone. Together they remove the handoffs that usually break the business.

ManagedBLCKLDGR started as the information layer. We built the rails underneath it because the answers kept ending at somebody else's account.
The work began as answers: what to sell, what to charge, and what to do on the morning an account goes down.
Everything here runs on our own stores before it runs on anybody else's. The founder still operates them on this stack.
Answers were not enough while the money kept landing in accounts our merchants did not own. So we built the supply line, the store and the rails under them.
The same stack now runs for merchants who want the whole thing in one place: owned infrastructure, and one operator across all of it.
The store, the checkout, the saved cards and the account the money lands in, moved as one scope. Twelve migrations have run this way, and all twelve merchants are still trading.
Every app you depend on is named before anything moves.
Store, checkout and the infrastructure under both, rebuilt as one system.
The merchant account is yours and sits in your own entity.
The previous stack stays recoverable for 60 days.
No migration, underwriting or approval is required for these diagnostics. They show whether there is a useful engagement before either side commits.
Your real effective rate, involuntary churn exposure and dispute ratio measured the way Visa measures it.
We quote it in 48 hours, or tell you we cannot beat it.
See how every number keeps the source that reported it, what sets off an alert, and what happens when one connection breaks.
Everything above, assembled in one place, so you can work out whether it is worth a call before you make one.
What to sell, what to charge, what to run and what to say. A vetted factory line that quotes your SKU and moves it to your 3PL. Your store rebuilt on infrastructure you own. Your own merchant accounts, more than one, in your entity. One screen across all of it.
Comparing a thousand listings and guessing which one is the factory. One account you do not own and one bad morning. Five dashboards and a spreadsheet you reconcile by hand. A different specialist for every question, none of them looking at your numbers.
A monthly subscription priced on the size of the business, the same ladder whichever door you enter by. The table below is where it is published, and the platform door is simply the self-serve way in. A build fee of $0 to $15k for the rebuild, reduced against a 24-month rails commitment. A managed platform fee of $2,000 to $4,000 a month covering hosting, operations, uptime, patching and peak-season scaling. All three are quoted in writing before anything is built.
We charge for the platform and for the work. We don't hide our margin in your rate. The rate is interchange plus a disclosed markup, quoted only after we read three months of your statements, and it comes down as your volume goes up. The build is priced, the platform is priced, the work is priced, and the rate is the one thing not being used to hide any of it.
If the rebuilt checkout does not beat your current conversion rate within 60 days, we roll it back and the build fee is not paid. Your previous stack stays recoverable the whole time.
For operators who need the work done rather than software access. It starts with three months of statements, and a call where your file is already open.
Subscription access by the size of the business. Sign up directly. The platform path never enters the operator sales motion.
